RETURNS: The buyer has 24 hrs to inform Patriot List if the product is to be returned or was never transferred as indicated by the seller.

Buyers: If the buyer informs Patriot List that the product is being returned the money will be held in escrow until the product is returned. Once the product is returned successfully the buyer will have the money in escrow returned.

If the buyer informs Patriot List that the product was never transferred the money will be held in escrow until an investigation by the local Patriot List Mayor takes place. (See Patriot List disputes) Once the investigation is successfully completed the buyer will have the money in escrow returned unless the Patriot List Mayor finds the buyer to be at fault. All Patriot List Mayor decisions are final.

Service Customer: If the customer informs Patriot List that the service provider never performed the service the money will be held in escrow until the service provider offers details around why they claimed the service was provided. Once the dispute is successfully solved the money in escrow will be returned.

If the customer does not cancel the appointment 48hrs prior to the scheduled appointment (date and time) the customer will forfeit any refund and the Service provider will be paid in full.

If there is a further dispute between service provider and customer the money will be held in escrow until an investigation by the local Patriot List Mayor takes place. (See Patriot List disputes) Once the investigation is successfully completed the customers money in escrow may or not be returned depending on who the Patriot List Mayor finds to be at fault. All Patriot List Mayor decisions are final.
